She has been at the forefront of improving access to quality psychiatric services, leading initiatives that bring care to underserved communities.

As a published researcher, master trainer, and strong advocate for mental health policy and quality standards, Dr. Uroosa combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership.

Her commitment to patient-centred care and system-wide improvements makes her an invaluable leader as our Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust.

Shabana Irfan

Senior Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist

I am a dedicated and compassionate social worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health and psychosocial rehabilitation. My passion lies in supporting individuals in need, empowering them to overcome challenges, and helping them lead fulfilling lives.

My professional expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, case management, psychiatric rehabilitation, community services, social welfare services and psycho education, which allow me to design, assess, and improve interventions for vulnerable communities. I am committed to promoting mental health awareness, advocating for the rights of marginalized groups, and fostering sustainable rehabilitation programs.

With a strong belief in social change and community empowerment, I strive to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those I serve.

Dr. Ashfaque Ahmed

Strategic & Planning Officer

Dr. Ashfaque Ahmed is Strategic & Planning Officer at Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust (Bawaqar Zindagi Project), where he leads strategic partnerships, volunteer recruitment, and outreach events supporting the organization’s mission.

He previously served as Manager, Community outreach in diverse mental health settings extending mental health services to underserved communities and strengthening ground-level engagement.

His professional interests center on Community Psychiatry, particularly underserved populations, and Public Mental Health Awareness, reflecting his commitment to accessible mental healthcare and stigma reduction.

Fahad Qadri

IT Manager

Fahad has been an integral part of the Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust for over seven years, bringing a rare combination of technical depth and institutional knowledge to an organisation at the intersection of healthcare and community service. Holding the position of IT Manager since February 2026, he serves as the Trust’s sole technology resource. A role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across every layer of the organisation’s digital infrastructure.

His experience spans server infrastructure, application deployment, patient management systems, secure communications, and web presence, all developed and refined in direct service of the Trust’s mission. With a solutions-first mindset and a genuine commitment to COLPT’s values, Fahad ensures the organisation’s technology remains reliable, scalable, and aligned with its growth ambitions, making him a trusted and enduring pillar of the team.

Hammad Nasir

Finance Executive

M. Hammad Nasir is a dedicated finance professional with over five years of comprehensive experience in financial management and accounting. He holds the ACCA qualification, which underscores his expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Currently, he serves as a Finance Executive at Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust, where he is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial transactions using Xero accounting software. His role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the organization’s financial planning and decision-making processes.

With a strong background in accounting and finance, M. Hammad Nasir is adept at utilizing modern accounting tools to streamline financial operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
